STEP 1

Sign up on Avo Business

Create your profile using your phone number and email address. You can also sign up with your Facebook, Google or Apple account.

STEP 2

Set up your account

Select the type of business you would like to connect to Avo. Complete all of your business details by loading each of your branches, menus, inventories and lists of services, depending on the type of business you've chosen.

STEP 3

Invite users to manage your Avo Business account

Allow your employees to access your Avo Business account to maintain inventories, services, finances and more. This ensures key stakeholders always have access to your business on Avo.

STEP 4

Connect your Avo Wallet to your business account

You can now connect your Avo Wallet to receive payments and manage your business finances in the app. Keep track of all your orders, quotes, invoices and receipts on Avo Business.

STEP 5

You're good to go!

Avo Business will start matching you with customers and opportunities. Remember to ensure that your Avo Wallet is set up and authorised so you can receive payments.

Confirm your order and Avo will do the rest.

Once a customer's order is ready for dispatch, simply update the order status and Avo will collect the items from your chosen collection point. Avo has partnered with trusted logistics partners for fast, cost-effective deliveries. We will handle the customer delivery and notify you when this is complete. Customers can then release their payment and funds will be transferred to your Avo Wallet.

We will also manage the customer returns process, collecting items for return from customers and delivering it back to your chosen collection point.


Avo Lounge for click and collect


Customers will also have the option to collect their orders from the Avo Lounge lockers. Simply arrange Avo Delivery to the customer's locker location of choice and we'll handle the collection process. Order fulfillment has never been easier, thanks to Avo.

Get your food to customers easily with Avo. We save you time and money by handling the entire delivery process. Avo will collect orders directly from your restaurant as soon as the meal is ready. Serving customers your best dishes hot and fast. Our fees are geared towards business growth so they’re competitive and budget friendly.

Additional information:
*Initiation/Set up fee – a fee for installing a catalogue onto our platform
**Monthly subscription fee – a monthly administrative fee for being on the platform
***Mark-up charged on goods – a fee added on the original price of goods on the platform for the customer to bear.
Any rebates / commission provided by merchant – a fee rebate / commission on the original price of goods on the platform
†Delivery fee – a fee charged for delivering of goods.
Either a mark-up or commission or a mix of both can be applied to the model. Example: 5% Mark Up on goods and 5% Commission, thus a R100 Retail Cost Item will be priced on the platform at R105. Commission when item is sold is R5.

‡Payment Processing Fee:
The cost of securely and safely processing the flow of payments. Similar to the Card Payment Processing Fee. Based on above Example: 2% Fee Charged on R105 is R2,10.
